The original lineup of The Legal Immigrants, an indie band from Grand Rapids MI, released their first album at a local venue know as The Pyramid Scheme. This venue's style was a psychedelic mash up of Dinosaurs, Egyptian's and Aliens. The style of the promotional materials that I created for this release party were a merger of the bands and the venue. I landed on illustrating a gag of portraying The Legal Immigrants, as Aliens.
